Our summer honey is harvest in juli. During summer our bees forage nectar from linden, chesnut and various other trees and herbs.
All our honey is processed to guarantee a quality product. This proces allows it become delicously creamy honey. This stirring of the honey in a temperature regulated clean environment prevents large crystals from forming and makes our honey smooth like butter.
